Thoughts, internalization to externalization
Unfortunately, this page will be not about theorical practise of philosophy, but more a personal page to write about phi as the internal thoughts, history of my development and awakening in the world.
Witnessing the world as an observer and making connexions is a processus of intellectual interest ; adaptating your behaviour and your act to be a part of the life is a survival instinct.
When you start to understand patterns, mecanisms, structures ; you become able to tend towards a reason, something close to wisdom. But... Human beings are irrational. Passions, feelings can influence their positionning in the universe and radically move their vessel from their inital origin to another point. Point of views don't define the universe, but witness a bias/partiality of the existence from a situation, in a precise context.
This page aims to express some point of views of an simple human being, struggling in the immensity scope of the existence.

The Wanderer
The art of writing hits like an awakening to me.
"The movement of the pen creates both the actual letterforms and the spaces in and around them. Black and white are of equal value in their contribution to the composition of a word, line of text. In writing, as in drawing, focus attentively on making the marks that shaped surroundings. This is relative to the weight of the letters and the overall density of the text as parameters. The calligrapher must make continual optical adjustments. Spacing is judged by eye or by a system of mathematical proportion. The best equipment a calligrapher can bring to a design is a full consciousnesses of the positive important of space.
The consistence of alphabet forms and the family relationships of shape and proportion ensure a rhythmical pattern in writing. This rythm is enhanced by variations made by the touch of the scribe."
Whenever I took the train to leave the home, my eyes always been drawn towards the graffitis done on on the railway tracks. When I step in the city, the streetarts were omnipresent. It's a proof of some passages of life left from people who decide to not follow the clean and classic way of living. There is something secret and mysterious about the street artists, there is also a logic of territory, crew and relationships. The first lettering I was ever mindblowed in front of was from a closing shutter of a tattoo shop, it has been done with spray paint and it was so clean. The shop no longer exist anymore. "Sans rancune", done by Ekors. At the stations, the skateparks, the streets art was everywhere. Could read names, messages left from taggers. Different shapes, differents expression, differents flow.
My first step into writing was in elementary school of course, learning to shape letters. A child was left-handed, another was holding his pen in a very weird way. It always makes me think about the "right way" of writing, of holding a tool, or of being. There is no right way, but actually your way, your adaptation that is effective for you. You are free to shape your letter how you want, following some norms (still to be able to be understood) of the system of writing you're studying.
Then I wanted to write for someone, you know, the penpal thing : I want it to be beautiful, meaningful and readable. I applied myself, it was disappointing. of course, I had to train more and more. The handwriting is becoming a part of our personality, it can evolve but it's a skill that is engraved in your way of being and hardly can be deconstruct when you are growing. It doesn't mean it's impossible, it's clearly possible to exerce and make it something you masterize ; it requires time, energy, passion : efforts.
Writing letters, writing complete alphabets, learning others signs (such as ideograms), training, feeding your know-how.
Observing how others people write.
Then you have to think about what you want to write, could be a poetry, some lyrics from a song, titles, names, definitions, lists, things that you need to remember,... whatever is good. You will notice some elements will resonate with you. Keep it, just do it as much as it makes me feel alive.
I attach great importance to the mark I want to leave on earth and therefore the words I fix on paper. Must be impactful but also true, must represent my mind. It's important to not tag absurdities in the street. You have to think about it. Find a pseudonym, even several. Fit your role, and the game is starting.
Creating an identity you will show but also is a part of what defines you.
Street art really maintained me to go outside, to see the world and to have an interest into humans. I can notice that it motivated me a lot, feeling less alone in the world. When you live in an authoritarian society, what is marginal can be perceived as a deviance. Tagging in the street is perceived as a "trouble à l'ordre public ", but it has no real intentions to hurt. An artist searches to build its self expression and satisfaction through techniques. It is a natural act to decorate a place. Why can't we freely add something to the society? It is the meaning of urban art, something in addition for the views, for the people and for world.
